It is essentially a stimulant so those green dots there, that would the methamphetamine getting into your system and again it acts as a stimulant, but the ultimate course of action in all these drugs is, what you are seeing there, blue dots, that's Dopamine.
It increases the level of Dopamines in your brain. They attach to receptors in your brain like you are seeing there and it sends off these wonderful rewards, you see that flashing light, it rewards, it gives you that feeling of Euphoria.
