This guys is suggesting you can put on 52lbs of lean muscle a year, that is simply not possible, the most that has ever been recorded is around 18lbs (note im not talking about weight gain, or increase in strength but lean muscle mass).

eh... aside from the math being off... where did he get the idea you can only put on 1 lb of muscle a week? lets say hes right (which he's not)... 1 lb of muscle is 100 grams of protein (according to him) but your body is not perfect at digestion, many of the grams of protein you eat are not absorbed. this is why when you eat 3 lbs of food, you don't gain 3 lbs of weight. you should flood your body with protein, at least 2 grams per lb of body weight a day, to make heavy muscle gains.
