How Muscular Back Pain and cartilage Back Pain Differ

The two main types of back pain that we see here can be broken up into muscular back pain and bone and cartilage related back pain. The young people are the ones who have muscular back pain typically. And the older people more commonly have the bone and cartilage type back pain. The muscles are going to be the supportive kind of core muscles all around the spine that can get irritated, torn, partially irritated. And then the bone problems are going to be the joints and the cartilage that align the back part of the spine which makes the little hinge joints in the spine. So that’s basically how the two types of back pain can be broken up.
