Jennifer: And here is a question from one of our viewers. If you have oral sex, can you get AIDS or any type of sickness or disease?

Jennifer: So, this is another safe sex question, but and the answer maybe a little boring to some but it is a question that deserves to be answer because a lot of people are wondering this and there is a lot of BS going around that is not true. So, I actually look it up and this is the official line okay from the CBC.
If the person performing oral sex has a HIV, actually the answer is yes first of all, yes you can. If the person performing oral sex has HIV blood from their mouth may enter the body of the person receiving oral sex through the penis, vagina, cervix or anus, also directly into the body through small cuts or open sores.
So if there is fluid blood contact that is where we are.
Dan: Because most people think mouth blood -- there is no blood in the mouth but just think about it. You put all kinds of things in your mouth. You chew on this. You chew on that. You got a sore. You got a cut, something blood.
Jennifer: Yes and this so does the person performing. If the person receiving oral sex has HIV, there blood, semen or pre cum, the clear food in the beginning or vaginal fluid may contain the virus.
So, I was wondering the mouth of the person performing oral sex may allow HIV to enter on their body so it kind a goes both ways right? So if you are giving or receiving depending on the situation, yes you can.
Dan: Ultimately they only safe sex is what? No sex! Absolutely no sex, and is that really realistic? You know we can say no sex ever.
Jennifer: Abstinence for everyone.
Dan: Exactly and you know what? Folks love to say that but in reality be smart. Be safe and use protection. There are a lot of things that you can do what we are talking from just very basic condoms. Very, very simple and it is amazing. I mean people do not use the most basic protection condoms. Use a condom. If we have for oral sex or all kinds of other things like dental dams, there are so many other tools available today, on the way with the full body play safe.
Jennifer: Yes there is latex for everything these days.
Dan: Yes but seriously be safe, be smart.
Jennifer: And if you are allergic to latex, there silicon for everything today. So just be safe, be smart, try to know who your partners should been with you. You know do not sleep with a 100 of people.
Dan: Okay, know who you with and absolutely be informed. Who you with, who they been with.
