How Spring Break Girls Diet

Female 4: Yes, I go to the gym like maybe three times a week. Female 5: My roommates always tell me, I am pretty lazy when going to the gym. Female 2: I have been trying to stick going to the gym five to six times a week. [Music Playing] -Do cardio for 30-60 minutes 5-6 days/week. -Strength train 3-4 days/week. Male 1: I have not been eating healthy. I have been exercising a lot so maybe a little bit spring break. Female 1: Last year I went on a spring break where I have a friend who went to the gym everyday for a month. Female 5: I know girls when on the college change diet and only it cuts for the two weeks for the spring break to make sure they could look good and go into the gym instead.
