Did you have a little bit too much to drink last night? Hang around with your friends, ordering this or that. Before you knew it, you had filed through, drink after drink after drink. Is the last thing you remembered about last night? At three in the morning mad dash to the toilet?
But do not worry, because today, we are going to show you how to hack your hangover.

Now let us take a look at all of our ingredients here. Our aim is to replenish the nutrients and vitamins that our body is missing, from a night of drinking. We need some pineapple, some black berries, come blue berries, some ,Ibuprofen Vitamin C, complex Vitamin B vitamin, 1000 loads grams of Vitamin C and one complex-B vitamin will be enough, some orange juice and some Soya milk.
You are going to need a mixing cup as well, and a blender. Take your blue berries, about a fourth of a cup and pour them in, also a fourth of cup of black berries and pineapple as well, or a half a cup of orange juice into your mixer and dump it in.

One and a half cups of Soya milk will supplies here as well. Pour them all in there, and your shake is almost ready. Makes your lead on, and blend it up. They leave this going until the viscosity is very thin. You do not want to fake shake, as you will be drinking this. I think you might want to have put Vitamins and nutrients into your body. It is best to do it on a full stomach. So we want to down atleast half of this shake before you touch the vitamins.

Just take your shake, drink about a half of it. Get a big glass of water, as soon as you are done with it and intake your Vitamin C-complex B-Vitamin and your Ibuprofen.
Wash it down, put on some shoes, give yourself 30 minutes and go for a nice walk and refreshing. You will be feeling better in no time at all.
