Ria Moore Benedict: Well, you can show gratitude for everything in your life just by doing that, being more present and focused on what s happening to you. It may seem like a very small thing for someone to phone you just you say hi or for someone to give you a small token of affection but be grateful for that and really think about it.
When you get up in the morning be grateful for the fact, that you get up everyday and that you are able to go to a job or that you have a house over your head. It's the little things that you need to be grateful for that will help you and make you a more positive person and actually get back to you in tenfold.
