Mubarakha: And today’s question of the week is how to kick start metabolism. There is so many ways to kick start your metabolism. I decide to make the three part series, so here is part I. Your metabolism is actually a chemical process of your body of how it turns food into energy. And then lose of weights of make you that metabolism go through faster, so the first way we are going to talk about today is make sure that’s you eat every 3 to 4 hours, yes even if you trying to loose weight you want to make sure that you are eating every 3 to 4 hours. Study shows that if you go more than four hours that will something, your body actually goes into starvation mode.
The inside of your body can see the store around corner, so it says Oh, my god I want decide, I'm won't getting ready to starve to death and I need to hold on to as much better as possible to survive, what we know is that probably very unlikely that you really getting ready to starve to death, so you don’t want your body think that. If you eat something as 3 to 4 hours it will keep your metabolism constantly digesting food and constantly ripping and going to make sure that’s you burn those calories. Now what’s really important is don’t eat more just eat more assistive. So for example if you normally have a five foot long for lunch and then you don’t again for seven hours later, this is what you need to do.
Go ahead and get that five foot long in the subway. Make sure it’s the lower fast variety of course then cut it in hand. Have a half of bit at 12 clock and then have the have the other half at 3, now you know you are going to eat whole thing getting away for this way when the calories go end you take full advantage of making sure that you have those calories but this split into two turn meals that’s one way of getting your metabolism a little kick start. Stay tune to part II because I’m going to tell you how to burn 50 percent more calories in the same amount of time that you take to do the exercise that you currently doing.
