So paying attention to the kind of card you carry and the kind of rewards it offers is a better way to save. Savvy consumers know the best travel reward cards pay more than one point per dollar spent come with bonuses and make cashing in your point easy.
While mileage cards offer some of the best rewards around them might not pay all for you if you don’t travel much. If you have a card with high fees or if blackout dates make it hard for you to cash in those rewards there are rewards cards that put money towards college funds either for you own children or for someone else’s. You can apply points towards your mortgage or you can get cash back for your points. To maximized your rewards potential try to use the rewards cards for almost everything.
