Male 1: Each coach was asked in assistance or two at this level should have someone that is keeping count of the number of pitches that that player is throwing. When he reaches that level that we consider unacceptable and I will tell you that in a minute what we would like to do is that at the swing you level of baseball we count approximately 18 pitches per inning.

Male 2: And why is that?

Male 1: Why is that? What we are saying is that we are giving every pitcher the opportunity to go three or two to Revada which it does not have to say we realistically but we are allowing it go three or two to Revada and then one out pitch. So that constitutes 18 pitches. At this level we would like to see each player throw no more than 12 pitches in inning. So if he pitches a complete game, he goes no more than 75 pitches.
