How To Coach Baseball: Success & Failure

(Music Playing). I hope that all coaches, volunteers, parent and a more importantly their kids that are participating in Youth League Baseball. This is a game of failure you are going to fly out you are going to ground that. We are going to strike out; we are going to strike with the basis loaded. It is a game of failure. You are going to bubble the ball. You are going to throw the ball with the first base when said but guess what. That is okay. Take a deep breath wave focus to place over with you come and try to make the next plate but it is inferior the parent, the coaches, the managers, the parent on the opposing team. To relax it is a game of failure. It is a fund game. It is a great game but you are going to fail.
