I started to trim my cats nails when she was a kitten and have never had any problems. Start young

I want to know what drugs she gave that cat for him/her to simply appear to enjoy getting their nails cut. My cat turns into a tasmanian devil anytime I come close with clippers

This is ridiculuos video, to be honest. Of course, everyone knows how and where to cut the nails but not everyone can actually calm their panicing cat which is the #1 problem for cat owners. My cat would never sit like this unless I have a help from my husband. Even two of us get deep scratches on our arms aftertrimming.

The clotting powder is for the cat owner, who will have blood streaming down their own arms as they wrestle their cat into submission. It is not needed for the cat.

My cat would never be that calm! :) How about a video with a cat that doesn't appear to be so happy and nonchalant about having their nails clipped? It might be better to stress the importance of avoiding the nail bed from the viewpoint of the cat(it's supposedly painful for the cat to have their nail bed cut), not to simply reassure the owner that it's nothing to worry about if it happens- "just put some powder on the end of it". This, and the fact that you start out recommending an owner have the powder to use in case the nail bleeds might cause them to be more careless when cutting. I usually do not comment on videos unless they are really good, but I just imagined a whole bunch of cats with bleeding nails and oblivious cat owners thinking it was almost normal to cut into the cats nail bed, (sometimes you can not tell if a cat is in pain),and conseqently thinking "Well, maybe I will get it right the next time" Thank you!
