How To Deal With A Fear Of Public Speaking

Hi, this is Rob Jackson with Magnovo training group with another tip on how to overcome anxiety on your next presentation.

Most people when they give a presentation think that everything that’s going on inside projects to the audience. What I mean by that is those butterflies that we get, swimming inside in our knees, in our sweaty palms are all things that people know that were nervous. They can actually tell that were nervous.

The fact is they don’t know that’s going on inside. The only way that they’re going to know is if we tell them. But here’s the tip, don’t tell them. Just stand up confident and deliver your speech. They’ll never know that you’re nervous inside because most of that anxiety does not show.
