Alright, the next takedown we are going to work on is called Fireman's Carry, there is couple different service from it. A lot of wrestlers use it. Where we're going to work on it is from the wrestlers clinch, from the head and arm clinch, the tight clinch that we work on. We are here, we both got the head, we both got the arm.
What I want to do is posture up. When I posture up, this gives me room to get my arm over my back, okay. We're going to show you this from a couple of angles. From here, I am grabbing his wrist and I am throwing my elbow over his elbow, alright. From this side it looks like this, I am going over and down, over and down. So that I can lift his shoulder and his elbow up way away from his body. It gives me plenty of room to sit in.
So from here, I go over and here, now I put it this way, shooting in just like the single way and I shoot in and under. Now when I do this, a lot of people make mistake, they lift him up and throw them over their head. I don't want to do that. I want to literally sit down, okay. I just hold all this real tight and sit. And you'll feel how his weight will carry him over your shoulders, alright. Again, looks like this, we are here, I posture up elbow over, through, now I sit into a side mount.
I am here, over, and sit. Now I establish the side mount control. One more angle, from here. This arm, I posture up, it goes over his elbow and hooks through. I go down, grabbing right behind his side. Now all I have to do is sit my butt down, he'll fall on my shoulder, this way, and just like the other take downs, alright, that weight movement all the way over into a side mount.
That's your Fireman's Takedown, Fireman's Carry. Some people call it Girlfriend because you are holding his hand, whatever you want to call it.
