Alright the next set up that we want to work on is the transitional submission. We are going for either the Kimora or the Kimora sweep, we are going to transition when he attacks it. We are transition into the guillotine. Okay so we are here and I sit up, our opponent is playing here. I attack this base. When I sit up to try to use the kimora or the kimora sweep, if he either wraps his arms underneath me or he pushes his weight back down over my shoulders. He is going to force me back down and then it's an arm wrestling match that way and I don't want that. So I have attacked his base, I sit up, I am going here, he reaches around, I have nothing else that I can do. I want to take this arm and reach all the way back around as I am sitting back. I put my thumb straight to the ground. I sit back thumb down, hook it under.

I put my palm, apply my chest and slide it straight down to my other hand and then I start my guillotine. Okay so I am here and don't go an over his arm. He wraps his arms around this no way, I am going to get the sweep any more. I take my arm. Over his head and around to my stomach, this hand, I like to do this as I am sitting back, as I have space created. This hand goes in. I don't go over. I go in this way. Grabbing my own hands.
Now I sit I squeeze my legs. I pinch my elbows up and if you need extra help, you can crawl toward him. Okay other side, we are here, we attack the base, we sit up for whatever reason we can't get it. This arm goes over, pointing straight to the ground. Reaches under, as I am sitting back this hand, straight down my chest, I lock it in squeeze and turn to guillotine. On the other side, we are here, I attack his base. I sit up for the kimora or the kimora sweep. He pushes down immediately thumbs straight to ground. This hand as I am sitting back goes straight in. I get the tap other side, we are here, I push the base up. I sit up, I can't get the kimora, thumb straight to the ground. Straight in and around, see I am going down underneath him, I want to go all the way to my centerline of my body. This other hand as I am sitting back, I grab my own hand I sit and twist. It's a really, really tight choke. That's a good transitional base for you. You can start out, you have got good attack chain going there. You have got the kimora which leads into the kimora sweep or vice-versa. He blocks with those, you go straight to the guillotine.
