Now the next take down we are going to talk about is an Uke Waza. As setup from a wrestlers conscience, a really common position, that's why we are working a lot of take downs out of it. But the Uke Waza is a sacrifice throw, so you are actually sacrificing a position to gain a position if it's down correctly. We are going to give this head down clench, a wrestler's clench. And what I want to do -- and this one is depending on what your opponent does.
If you have a really overbearing opponent, or a really aggressive, or a really strong opponent, this might be a good option for you. If you push him back, that's the kind of guy that you want to throw this on. So when we are here, and I push on him I am going to wait for his push. And what I want to do is I want to step out. I step out with my left leg because it's my left arm that's over. Whatever hand is on the back of his head that's where it's going to be the throwing leg. Alright.
So I am here, I step out and literally I want to make my leg straight as I can and I am going to sit back and sling my opponent over my leg. And then I am just ride all the way over to side mount. So we are here, I step out and I am going to sit and sling him and pull all the way up into a side mount. I am going the other ways so you can see it, slowly, I push, he pushes back, I step out and fall, letting my opponent fall over me.
Alright, its one of those that trained a couple of times slow but you are really going to feel the momentum of it when you starting working it with lot of partners. So when you are here, and you really swing in full speed, it looks like this. You are here and he pushes back, all the way over. It's really simple in nature, there's not much to setting it up. I am just stepping out, and then pulling his weight straight down and riding the momentum over. So we are here, I step out, come up into a side mount. It's called a Uke Waza or a sacrifice throw.
One last time from this angle. We are here, I want to step out, and when I step out I am just pulling, over to my right shoulder. So I am here, step out and pulling all the way up into a side mount.
