How To Do A Misty 720 On The Trampoline

Thank you for listening, this tutorial will teach you how to perform a Misty 7 on the
trampoline start with a medium to large bounce then when you’re ready throw your right
arm towards your left toe and twist your body to the left. Once you leave the trampoline
tuck your knees up to your chest and keep looking over your shoulder if it helps grab you
your shins with your hand. When you start to see your landing open up your body and let
