Alright, so the first thing that you are going to do is get a running head start. Let us go faster than a job, but try not to go as fast as a sprint and then you want to jump off of one foot and while you are jumping, you want to reach to the sky with both arms. That is so later, you can throw them down to get momentum to spin all the way around. Alright, so next, you are going to land on both feet and as you are jumping off both feet forwards not up, you are going to throw your arms down! It should look something like this! So at this point, all you can do is just keep your knees tucked in as close to your chest as possible and I will use my arms to pull them towards my chest because it is easier! So what you want to do is just to hold this all the way through and you should land on your feet and then you just stand up and that is it.
