Female: Why have you not upgraded to this deal?
Male 1: Because the bad things I have heard about it.
Male 2: Today I am going to show you in this, more comment?
Male 1: Well, that was pretty simple. I am actually blowing away. I am thinking I would like to have those.
Female: Actually this is the stuff.
Male: Really?
Female: Hey everyone, how is it going?
Male: This week we are checking back in with DIY to roll with the Compal girls. Very quick to summer time helps you.
Fate: My name is Fate and this is my sister Justina.
Justina: What is up?
Fate: And this is the Compal compound.
Justina: My name is Justina right here on thread heads or you might know us from our popular 99 ways book series. What we are going to do is show you how to turn all that you have got lying around. I am sorry. Hey, in this in book new thread so the inspiration from this project actually comes from our denim book and it is number 86 Melissa and this is actually just a necklace and we are going to go ahead and take this project to the next level and make it sure out of it. So, we are going to need to this project is some old scrappy scrap the fabric and tang top or a T-shirt. And then, we are going to use old sweater fabric. You can use whatever you got lying around that is kind of fluffy with some texture interface.
The first step is lay down your scraps and you are going to lay down the interfacing on to your scrap, that a kind to overlap this so that I make sure that it is sticking up for interfacing it. It is kind of me but I am going to fold it over and we are going to working right here so I am going to just go ahead and cut off the part that I do not need. So just go ahead a grab your pins and again you in the fabric together so that the interfacing at the front layer or the back layer. Or all this is going to lay down just like that. Once you have the fabric and interfacing all pinned down and ready to go. The next step is to head on over to our sewing machine and it is done.
Male: Here on Thread Banger we are giving away a brand new Genomi Sewing Machine so that you can make your own damn clothing.
Female: That is right and all you got to do is upload the video telling us how much you want one and your own your way to a greener tomorrow.
Male: So after the show check out threadbanger.com for your change to win.
Female: See you there.
Justina: So now what you are going to do is sew with a straight stitch. Five or six circles of different sizes. Do a straight stitching nice and easy all the way around. So now, we are going to go ahead and take the pins out and we are going to cut all of our stitch stuff.
Justina: Now, that we have our seven circles cut out the next step is going to be to figure out how we want to arrange them on our shirt. I usually like to put the biggest one front in center and work up. Kind of overlapping since this is strippy fabric. If you do use stripes then I think it is kind a nice to rotate them put there all in different directions until we have an arrangement that is pleasing to us.
Fate: That looks good boo.
Justina: Thanks dude. And then, we are going to go ahead and pin them on just the front layer of the T-shirt or tang top. Pin in place, pin in place. All ready! So this is where we at now and all we got to do at this point is sew it down and it will be ready to roll.
Justina: What I am merely doing now making sure not to sew the bottom part of the shirt which has happened before. I am going to sew right around along this edge with the straight stitch all the way through. Back and forth in the beginning to fasten our stitches down, nice and slow so we do not catch any of those pins. This is what it should look like on the inside where you have got this pedals all the way across. And we are now going to be sewing right along this line here. It is suppose to edge as possible. On the Sunday afternoon.
Justina: All right and now we are done. All we have to do is cut off any ugly loose sort of stringy strings that we are going to hung up here throw this puppy on and get ready to go to some of barbeque.
Fate: This is it. You like it? Thread heads we have loved to hear from your comment, whatever you got to say. Please feel free to hit us up at threadbangers.com and if you need any help with the junk in your trunk you can always count on us.
Justina: Yes, so until next time. Catch you later.
Fate: Good luck.
Male: A huge things the compal girls for hooking it up with these week’s lessons.
Female: And remember we have got two Genomi Machines to give away to two winners so check the contest details for your chance to win.
Male: Next week is back to school week. Do not miss it.
