So, one of the most that we do most commonly in a routine is number 8, so bend your knees, the hip start moving in a number 8 fashion side to side and sometimes we get the shoulders involved in this way or you lift your arms up while you do it.
Here is one that we all enjoy doing. In this position from here, your hip is going to start to the front. You are going to go counterclockwise and come around. Go front towards the mirror, come forward and go to the back. That is the girl and in this position, arms can be lifted, come again around. You go up a little bit and you bend your knees a little bit more as you come to the back. Good.
