The dumbbell inclined press.
You want to start by putting the dumbbell over your knees lined back to the bench and then using your legs to get your dumbbells to your shoulders. You are going to bring down the dumbbells right along side of your chest and push them back up towards your eyes, and the spotter should spot the wrists and not the elbows. Lower the weights in control and drive them up explosively.
This exercise can also be done with a barbell on an inclined bench.
