Keeping the arms and leg straight as possible, lift them off the ground contracting with the low back. Hold that position for approximately at three-count then relax back to the ground. For added low back development, add a weight or medicine ball.
Alternate superman.
Here we want to isolate by working opposite arm with opposite leg. Emphasis should not be on pushing against the ground with the limbs that are against the ground but rather lifting with the low back and controlling movement.
