How To Get a Flat Stomach without Crunches

Sarah Dussault: Welcome to diet.com video, I'm Sarah Dussault. One of the most popular questions we get is how do I get flat out? Wow! We had interviewed this question before; here one more time is Wenndy Pett with how you get flat abs without even lying down or doing a single crunch.

Wenndy Pett: Its swim suit season and are you ready for you bikini; a lot of us want to really focus on our mid section right about now. And I have the best abdominal exercise that you can do anytime, anywhere and you don't have to get down the floor to do a crunch, how great is that?

All you have to do is breath. We all do that every day, anyway, so why not focus on our abs while we we're breathing, alright. This is the deep breathing exercise and you know what? If you could do this just in small increments throughout the day, little by little, you're going to see some major transformation and watch that waist line little awake.

I'm going to show you how to do this. Go and put your hands right here in your stomach, so you can feel how it's activated. What you'll do is you inhale through your nose like this, go ahead and lift the chest up and out, and exhale through your mouth and release those coming down and back to the spine like this.

It looks a little funny, but it works, trust me. I have clients all across the country that I've seen major results and just being lost in that ways by just breathing. So, I want you to try this again with me just that we get it. Here we go, inhale and exhale. Good. As you can see my shoulders come forward, my hips come forward a little bit, it's almost like a clam show that trying to close. Let's try that one more time, inhaling through the nose, and exhaling through the mouth. Good. You can even feel this all the way into your lower back, you're abdominals are very large muscle group. So, the more you that, the more you're going to feel it and I know you will see results.
