I have to agree with the last comment. What a useless video - almost an insult to any diy'er. Sure the project they depict is a "1" - if you are replacing a state-of-the-art window in new construction with almost a similar one. I almost burst out laughing when the preparation involved directions on first removing brand-new removable sashes!

First of all why would you replace a basically new window like the one they replaced in the video. Most of the windows needing to be replaced are the old wood sash windows or the older aluminum windows. They dont even show you how to measure correctly, or at all for that matter. You may also need head expander and seal adapter.
