If you want in one day get the body of a fitness model, that's a fantastic aspiration as the benefits are terrific. Yes, you will get more attention and yeah people's heads will turn. The bigger picture is that you can use your discipline to get such a body to inspire others and that's a fantastic aspiration and one of the reasons why you should go after a fitness model's body.
If you begin this pursuit however, there are three things you should not do. The first thing is to go after and drop tons of money on the latest fed supplements. The latest supplements that have come out in the last though three to six months.
Usually, they are more hype than they are benefit. Go back to your old fitness and body building magazines, four or five years ago, take a look at them and look at the ads and the hype and the imagery and the wording and the promises and all of the hoopla and you will notice that majority of those supplements today, five years later, they are not around anymore, or if they are, the review is very sparingly, they are not recommended except in select circumstances.
So let the hype die down and just make sure that a new supplement comes out and it's proven, let other people get benefits from it and then once you have medical approval, go ahead and consider adding it if you have the budget. So again, it's a way to save money as you begin this process and therefore you don't have to put your emotional attachment and risk in jeopardizing your enthusiasm based off a supplement that wasn't worth the hype, that's number one.
Number two, getting advice to become better in your physique from someone who has no skill, someone like you. Basically if you are someone who has a great relationship with a personal trainer, that's great. But if the trainer has no expertise in training someone like you, just know that you are taking on extra risk in order to get to your end goal, which is to have that body of a fitness model or at least begin to look like it. So just make sure that you know what you are doing when you get in and if at all possible, get the books, eBooks, DVDs or the one-on-one training from someone who has skill with other people in training someone like you, it's just a great thing, it will help you increase the odds of success.
And the final thing, do not spend tons of money and bank your future fitness and health success on the latest Hollywood diet which is market heavily on the talkshows. That's just bad news. Those vehicles, talkshows are great. I am sure they have some fantastic content somewhere in them, but they are marketing publicity machines first and it is a kind of show which is designed to sell, advertise it. That is its first and foremost goal and just because being hyped up doesn't necessarily mean that it's going to be the best for you.
Use common sense, let other people test it out first and instead get your health and fitness information from quality sources that are boring but they are tried and true and they may not tell you in a nice fleshy way what's coming up, and in terms of the latest hype and fed, it just shows you what works.
