Mike Roussell: Hey, Nutritionist Mike Roussell here. So, here is another fat loss training tip. What I’m going to talk about today is how you can lose belly fat, and one thing that you can do, if you’re having trouble losing some of that stomach fat, is you carefully do less cardio.
So, if you’ve been doing you know popping on the treadmill or the bike and kind of go in 30, 40 minutes of what we call steady state cardio, if you switch that and what you do is interval cardio instead, so with that is as you maybe say, get on the bike and you sprint go as hard as you can for a minute then you slow down, you rest for a minute, you do that again for a minute rest for minute, if you do that say eight times, right, that’s going to take you a lot less time then if you were to hop on the treadmill and go jogging 40 minute, but you actually going to burn more calories for the long run something I’ve talked about in the previous videos its called e-pockets, it’s just calorie after burn, and that’s going to allow you to lose your belly fat a lot faster and burn a lot more fat, a lot faster.
So, if you’re having trouble losing your belly fat or losing that general doing less cardio maybe the answer, you just kind of have to work harder while you’re doing a cardio. So, that’s going wrap it up, I’m Nutritionist Mike Roussell have a great day.
