Male Speaker: Well, Flair Bartending and we call it flair extreme performance is when you are behind a working bar; you want to stick to the simpler things. You are not slowing down, you are not spilling and you just think some of you use to create the experience, right? But sometimes during the night, you want to have a little bit more advanced, nothing too crazy, but one of my favorite drinks to make in a fast pace -- is a shooter. And it is water melon. So I like making we will say three shooters, because if you can juggle, you can actually do a few interesting moves that way.
Stir it up, shake it and the cool thing is to actually continue to talk to the customer while you are actually making the drink. So you need vodka, no free pouring. Free pouring bad. So just want to making three two shots of vodka, one ounce of melon liqueur. For that, love that? And just --. Oh, it went there. Pull that back. You are going to have three nice shooters. Before I pour that properly, it should be a perfect pour. You got that right? It is all about being accurate. So really flair Bartending is all about just having little fun, giving people a reason to come out, watch, stay little longer, spend little more money and walk away talking about the great time they had.
