After we do our backward quick, we want to take that into what we have called backward power and the focus here is not in speed or quickness, the focus is in really get in a good drive of either leg as you go backward. So, again, we are kind of get a defensive back mode and we going to work backward still with the good arm pump but we are really trying a length in stride out some.
