We are going to work on our dive play. Dive play is a situation where you are asking an infielder to make a tremendous or an outstanding play and the only way to do that is to be able to get up off your feet after you have made the dive and get the ball on its way. So what we are going to work on is our reaction time in terms of getting up. Adam is going to work with us, he is going to be working to his left on the dive and the job for him is to stretch it out, pop up and square himself the first base as quick as we can.
It is a workout that he can do on his own, just to work his reaction time. You can work with the number of players if you like. If you got eight or ten, it is very fast pace, fast moving, it all depends on how you like it. Let us take a look at it, dive. Good, very nice. Go; stretch it out, hop up, good. He is really working hard on getting back to his feet, creep, get it. Good, get up. Do you see that? Creep, stretch it out, get up and make the throw.
