You can work the flip drill by yourself. Mom or dad, or somebody else comes out and works it with you. We like to work as much game simulation as we possibly can. So, I am going to have Adam drop down into a fielding position and start from there, here we go. Flip, that is it. He is calling the flip to me, just to remind me that it is coming from that direction.
So, he is starting down, just like he is fielding the ground ball. He is going to get it right to me. He is calling flip every play. That is it, all right, shorten up little bit. Now, we are coming in a little tighter, flip. You got to hang it up a little higher for your partner. You do not need to knock him over on this, ball, backhand flip. Notice how his hand comes up in the chest. He has got to pull a little something on it, boom! So I do not get killed, be it whether I am pitcher. I am fielding the ball here at first, if that happens, our middle infielder, or even a third base, you may have to flip on squeeze bunt at the play.
