Male 1: That is what we are going to do here. We are just going to ground the ball and roll it, make sure that our technique is good. In the way that the coach is going to ensure that, is he is going to have them to stop when they get into their breakdown position and hold it for one second.
If there are any problems with it, he can at that point instruct what we need to do different and then he will say go. When he says go then they will go ahead and feed the ball back. You can go two lines to this, three lines, we will go just one line a day but you can set up how many you like depending on how many people you have to help. Okay coach.
Male 2: Stop.
Male 1: Now she says stops.
Male 2: Go.
Male 1: Shows a button on the cap. Next guy comes up.
Male 2: Grip. Stop. Go.
Male 1: He says go. They are free to release and throw the ball back.
Male 2: Stop. Go.
Male 1: They stop themselves in their final position.
Male 2: Stop. Go.
Male 1: Look at the hands extended out in the front anytime you bubble the ball, the ball can run up the arm and you can trap in the chest. At least we have an opportunity to throw somebody out. The hands have to be extended and out in the front.
Male 2: Go.
