One pass away, he is one-step away, goes to his man, his arms length away. His hands are down, because he can reach out. Two passes away, he is two steps away. He is using his peripheral vision to see the ball and his men at all times. If his men floats down to the corner, he is still going to keep vision of both, one pass away, he will be one-step away, he goes to his man again, he will be with an arms length. Always keep your fingers pointed at both the ball and your offensive man that you have to cover.
