How To Play Basketball: Drop Skip Around the Court

Drop skip, keep the knees out wide. Lift the knee, open the hip, step down to the ground. Stay on that power position with the toe pulled up. This prepares the foot for putting force against the ground. Loosening up those hips is one of the keys to speed and explosive basketball. Make your athletes lift that knee and relax. Step down to the ground. [Music Playing] Great job.
