How To Play Basketball: Hip Hands Drill

The next drill to practice alone is the hip hands drill. Offensive players you are going to try to go back door. You stop his hip to stop his momentum to get yours going and just change hands. Walk through it have speed twice and then you are going to practice full speed. Stop his momentum when goes to the wing. Stop his momentum back door. Stop his momentum to the wing. Complete at least five repetitions at full speed. Do your first two repetitions at half’s. You are doing seven repetitions total.
