How To Play Basketball: Wing Entry

Now let us look at the options that are available to us if the ball enters on the wheel in to the wing. Now the ball enters to the wing. Big man is going to slide down under the blocks. The point guy is going to slide over so they have room to isolate. You got an isolation on the low post. He takes a look. Let us go. Option two you hit the wing. Big guy drops, he is going to make a strong move, get doubled and kicks it out to the wing. The open J knocks it down. Option three hit the wing, big guy drops down. He gets double team from the strong side. You got an open jumper. Option four you hit the wing, big man drops down, he is not able to get a pass, he comes hide for the pick and roll. Carries it home.
