How To Play Basketball: Zone & Man Defenses

[Music Playing] Basically what we try to establish and the first two I am going to give you are place that can be use against man or zone. There are not in many place that you can do this. But these two can be used against man or zone. It is a simple screening plays. We call them strong, it would be the first one, weak would be the second. Strong has skid simply by this, when we say strong we are going to bring our shooter from the weak side to the strong side and we are going to look for a shot. [Music Playing]
