This is a drill we do for team receiving. It is a very simple drill, but you are able to get in many repetitions in the practice and you are able to throw the ball high and low to give your receivers the experience a thumbs down, thumbs up, looking the ball in and running with the ball. You line up your receivers and have them run at you and you throw the ball. Set, hit, look it in, full speed, hand it up to me. Set, hit, look it in, run, hand it all. Set, hit, catch that ball, look it in, put your hand over the point. Set, hit, catch it, look it in, put down there, catch that ball, look it in full speed, pass me. Set, hit, catch that ball, tucked it in. Nice job. Set, hit, catch it, look it in, handle with the point.
