Ugly Stepping with wrong foot. The guard would hit his fellow lineman with this technique. You need to step with playside foot 1st at a 90 deg angle. Stomach should be touching thigh on 1st step. Only thing correct is thrusting arm back. And you trap a down lineman. You power out a DE. Just love the web

you should be stepping with the foot in which you are going and not crossing over. and the guy i n the video is way to high every linbacker and his grandmother will see him pulling i will have my lb's to eat that for snack.
