How To Play Mandolin: Soldier's Joy

Alright, let us move on to another piece, this is an instrumental piece, called Soldier’s Joy, in the key of D Major and this is really I believe comes from fiddle music, old time fiddle music and found its way into the Bluegrass Repertoire. Key of D Major and it sounds like this. Play it maybe a little bit slower tempo at first and then, take it a little quicker. I also started off like I showed in violin Cabbage Down and in setting the tempo with the just kind of a vamp. (Demo) Let me play just B section again for you, (Demo) And then, a little bit faster sound like, (Demo).
