3 Ball Dive
Speaker: This Drill that M.J is doing now is very good in developing, attacking the ball skills. This can be used on a breakaway, when attacker is coming in 1-on-1 with the goalkeeper. You'll notice that she gets her hands first to the ball. That's first thing, always go to the ball. The body is there to protect the ball as well.
Speaker: Now Chris is doing another great job, rolling it through the legs and diving out, as to attacking the ball, returning along, attacking the ball, using the chest to get the ball reaching out with the hands, but using the chest as a backup great job. Powering that foot totally, yes, good work, through each legs we are going each side. He's looking at the ball, yes, and the chest is right there, so we can block it. He's going hands, he's looking at the ball, wonderful. Couple more here, great. Pushes right out on that. What he's doing, a great job of, he is getting low to the ground and then diving.
That's the most important thing, we are making our both sides safe, getting low and then go.
