Catching & Reaction Drills
Another form of our partner W catching, we are going to have one person laying here on the ground. I am going to keep the W up, making sure they are catching it every time. It's going to be interesting, because it's going to be more by their face, so you have really got to work on catching it.
Good, that W. Good, give with the arms. He is doing a nice shot with his elbows, giving in with the ball, so we are not going to drop it. That's good.
I am going a little bit harder now, really going to challenge. This is the only way you are going to get better, because if you challenge yourself, your partner decides they are going to challenge, you hang on to it, you are going to get it clean here, nice and clean. Good, I like those elbows, keeping that eye on the ball, it's good W every time.
Oh yes, great, good work. Couple of more here. That's it. Bend those elbows, giving with the ball. Alright, we could clean here, great.
