Four Square Drill
Complete 10 repetitions in each direction.
Janice: This passing activity is Four Square. We are going to do passing technique with a little bit of movement and some different angles, its just another way of getting repetition in. I am going to play it to myself here to this corner, get my hips around, play it to Doug, he plays it to himself. I go diagonal, plays it to me, Here at the pass, it's a one time diagonal pass to your partner.
Now I pause, wait for him to go, and we play here. if I could play it at one touch, its more advanced. If you need to control it with two touches, that's fine.
Now let me try a little one touch here, oh yes.
Now we reverse it Doug, we will go the other way, so work our opposite foot.
Use one touch passes whenever possible.
