How To Play Soccer: Gauntlet

Speaker: Game #28, Gauntlet. Start the Gauntlet with three grids. One player, Greg, starts with the ball. He must lead both Janine and Doug before he can take a shot on goal. Each player rotates up one grid after the round is over. Attackers get a point when they score a goal. Defenders get a point when they stop the attacker. The goalkeeper gets a point when a save is made.

As you can see, any player can win the Gauntlet game. In Gauntlet, the defenders must stay inside their individual grids. They may not chase the attacker once they reach another defender's grid.

Each player must keep track of their own score. As soon as one player reaches 5 points, the game is over.

Any object can be used for a marker or a cone. You can use your shoes, boxes. You can use trashcans, hats. You can even use your cat or dog, if you can get them to stand still.
