WARM-UP DRILL FOR SHOOTING TECHNIQUE HALF VOLLEY Speaker: This next step, we take it to a little half volley. We will let the ball bounce first, and then we are going to knock it. Same concepts, exaggerate landing on that foot. When you shoot, you want to land on your KICKING FOOT. If your ankles are not locked, you are not going to have power or control. Your power comes from your technique.
