How To Play Soccer: Hit The Cone Drill

Hit The Cone Drill Complete 5 Repetitions (One repetition = knocking down all cones) Janice: Hit the cone drill, the activity I am working on my passing, by myself. I try to knock down the cones. As soon as I knock down my four cones, then I can move back a third a distance. So I am just playing in here. Play it back to the other side. Right now I am just starting with the still ball. So I am getting my conditioning in. You can also do this off the dribble, using the inside of my foot. Now I am showing you from a distance of 5 yards further, and also a variation of playing with a partner, and Doug is just sending the ball back to me. He is just passing it to the side of the cones.
