How To Play Soccer: Jab Step Move

Female Speaker: The jab step move involves faking one way to the side using the whole body from your foot to your shoulder and then just touching the ball sideways. So he jabs and then he plays the ball a bit sideways to get around the defender and explodes. It is a real basic move, easy to learn, yet highly effective. Just throwing the defender off balance - the jab, step, and touch using the outside of your foot. It's a similar motion to the scissor move, except, your foot is not going around the ball it is just taking a jab step.
