Juggling Shot

Speaker: Juggle Shot exercise is just juggling the ball forward, and receiving it, and getting a quick shot off. It's giving us another variation and shooting exercise.
To start off the juggle, lift the ball up, receive it, get a preparation touch for your shot.
Step 1:
For beginner or younger players, we start with the cones close together, leaving a wide space between the cone and the post, for the player to shoot at.
Step 2:
This is phase 2, the cones are moved out towards the post, making the shooting area target more difficult.
Step 3:
The third phase is advanced. The cones are kept very close to the post, and sure, the goals will be scored.
