Lateral, Drill #14
Speaker: Laterals with the sole stop, with an inside touch, across the body, outside the foot step, and then a sole stop. In, out step. This is a basic lateral.
The next level is to take out the sole stop, and now Doug is just going to continue on, with an inside touch to an outside touch, in, out, in, out, in, across, in out. Still just moving sideways. You can do this on a line to keep yourself going lateral.
Now he is just going to finish it by taking it forward. So it's the same pattern, in, out, now he is going forward.
