Moving Target
Each player makes 5 crossing runs. Player making the most “hits” wins.
Janice: This is a Moving Target Game. Doug will go back and forth. He has to keep the same pace, he can't try to avoid the ball. I pass the ball trying to hit him below the knee. Obviously, there is a safety factor, I am not hitting it full speed.
If I hit it in the air, higher than his knee, I lose a point. Every time I hit him, I gain a point.
So here we go Doug. That's one. He will just send it back to me. I continue going till he gets his five lengths. That's two. Now he would start back, plays the ball to me, and he continues.
I cannot cross these cones playing the ball. I got that Doug. I got to be quick here, because he only goes five times. Keep your own score. Nice one. Need a hit. Ooh, no good.
Now we switch. Again, for safety purposes, if the ball is above the knee, you lose a point. We are not hitting the ball with full strength, just working on our accuracy passing. That's one time for me, I am going to go five times.
