OBSTACLE COURSE
COMPLETE 10 REPETITIONS
Speaker: The next exercise is AN obstacle course. You can use any equipment that you have, to be creative. This is just a real simple one. I want to start by lifting the ball over and we see there juggling through the cones, throw off the cone, and a like jog back, and I am ready for my next repetition. Controlling, keeping it close. Getting your head up, cutting around the defenders, walking to collect the balls, regrouping.
I'll finish this particular obstacles course, the power instep shot. Using that technique we practiced, now just giving ourselves little bit pressure. You need to stick with your exercise until you complete your goal, try successful shots. You do it till you get five, because that's what builds mental toughness, confidence and when you reach your five, then you move the cones, you make it more challenging.
